Zero work/life balance. Completely unsupported by management. Blatant favoritism. A coworker experienced sexual assault by a manager and was not believed and ultimately was forced out. Would not ever recommend this company as a former customer and former customer.

The store manager forced employees to dance to her favorite song at the morning huddle. It was painful and uncomfortable. Morning huddles were consistently forced, ineffectual, and awkward. This in indicative of the environment as a whole.

There was little to no communication. Extra work without adequate compensation. Management actively encouraged hostile competition in departments that operated under commission as it "Made the employees work harder" then yelled at the department for not working together well enough.
