
The lack of communication is the biggest problem i have
They need to have monthly meetings and actually take the job seriously and listen to the employees .
I like the fact every question they asked me was easy and to the point of why i want the job.
I feel they should pay the stock associates more because a lot of times they have us taking 20 or even 25 minutes passed the time we are scheduled for especially on the 2nd Floor for Finishline Womens department, which is crazy.
