I love working at Medallia. The flexibility is unmatched, and pay and benefits are competitive enough to keep me around when others are recruiting me. I like working from home but miss being able to get together with coworkers sometimes because I feel that adds a lot to the work/culture experience.

We work from home so it's nice to get that commute time back. People do not seem to expect too much from each other: we recognize we are all human. We make time for some fun/connection along with the work.
