We haven't been paid a full bonus since before Covid (despite record revenue each quarter). Goals are always set to where they are barely attainable at all and just getting there doesn't actually even fund the bonus, we have to go above and beyond.
Following the acquisition by TB, our leadership team (what's left) seems to be checked out. We rarely hear from them and they don't paint a vision for where the company is going. Communication is poor and often left to mid-level managers who don't have the right background info to communicate.
