The people and the work, there is a common sense of wanting to deliver greta products and bring value to our customers, but also to ensure that everyone is doing this together and that we have a great workforce.

The leadership team is friendly, open, and actually cares about each and every individual employee on a personal level. They are also very clear about the goals of the company and where the company stands on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually and whether we are meeting our set goals
