I am grateful for the opportunity to work here. Remote work is the biggest advantage, and the compensation is good (speaking as someone who lives in a lower cost of living state in the U.S.).

Very inclusive, lots of professional training/support opportunities, and "extracurricular" support opportunities as well (such as wellness, social events, career support, etc.)

There is an environment of acceptance, but I like how there is no need to discuss religion, politics, or other matters. Conversation stays on work topics usually, which is my preference.
