My work and its dimensions
As tier-1 Leader of a specific POD (compliance & HOS), there is no help from the enablement department in training and creating values in the POD. We do not have any training material or sessions conducted for POD specifics. Similarly for QA. Due to this, I have to take over their responsibilities.
