Working with a group of people whom I call friends and talking them and interacting with them passes the time very quickly otherwise just taking calls all day gets pretty boring with no one to talk with.

We get bonuses on a quaterly basis and get paid for working on holidays too, apart from the OPD limit which is provided, I'd say I am pretty satisfied with all the benefits and compensation the company has to give.

Everyone is allowed to speak up about certain things, everyone is open to sharing ideas, the higher management team implements those ideas in our work culture, it is so driven and everyone is always so helpful, it is comforting at times.

We are interactive, well spoken, the best part about working here is that we get to have such awesome co-workers who are practically my friends and we get to discuss so much. It's nice to have a bit of fun every now and then.
