Appreciate the transparency. As a very financially savvy individual, I greatly approve of leadership asking to cut back on unneeded expenses to help the organization save money where it can. Competitive salary. I'm paid for my experience and grateful I'm paid fairly amongst my peers. This is the first company in 15 years that I can see pay transparency a lot clearer than others. Makes me want to work harder to prove my worth and ignore competitor recruiters because I'm so happy here.
