They go after aggressive goals and appear to be very tactical in decisions. Also, have done a great job at bringing in intelligent/encouraging people. They are approachable when not too busy to engage.

O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?

Seeing diverse people at the table making decisions. Hiring more underrepresented people. Promoting women & underrepresented people. Seeing credit being given to those that deserve it. Leaders who can take feedback and improve. Equal work-loads. Human interactions. All things we can improve on!

Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?

The investment in the ERG's means a lot to me. We have been lacking direction but believe if certain people are held accountable we can do some awesome things. Sharing the stage at speaking engagements could be better. Leads listen to concerns not sure about actions just yet.

Being more transparent about seeing the pay bands. Having a bonus structure based on company/individual performance. Being told that I won't get a promotion at the end of year after joining in the first quarter of the year feels matter-of-fact and discouraging. Base pay should reflect amount of work

Quais são algumas das melhores coisas da sua equipe?

We are highly visible & building a great product. It is still in the early stages which makes me feel super invested in putting my thumbprint on the product. Super helpful, willing to lend a hand and understanding group at the lower levels. We don't just talk about work at the lower levels as well.
