More transparent. Seems to care more about .5 increase in revenue than hundreds if not thousands of jobs.
The pay would be fantastic 5-6 years ago. However times have changed and raises are few and far between. In some departments. The TL's are simply there because they survived layoffs. In many cases its clear they are no longer the best fit for position, more fit candidates are stuck in their roles.
