proactive i guess and they constantly update us with the situation of the company and where we are in this time of pandemic and set our expectations

we have a very strict metrics and its kind of hard to get an incentive or get a grade of one because even though you get a one, during departmental deliberations, you might be demoted to just 2 or 3 in competition to other teams or departments, I think thats unfair
