People love what they do. They wanna make magical shows with a variaty of skills. Not only a little "expert" who is doing the same things every day.

Less workload, less pressure, sabbaticals, more mobile working, recognition of the real hours spent, starting to be the best place to work. In germany we are far away.

Appreciate employees more. Recognise know-how and experience and not just do everything "new". Listen more and also recognise best practices from the time before Covid or listen to suggestions for improvement from the (experienced) staff instead of trying to do everything the same way.

RX is only concerned with itself, everyone thinks of themselves, the customers get far too little attenti
