Worki in a RX is being a great experience in overall, but recently with some executives decisions, i have the feel that the company in my BU does not care aabout our nimble culture. And the response looks like that if we are not happy, the door is our way out and no carrer growing opportunities.

This is more a BU problem, with the feeling of being with a lot of job accumulation and withaout the proper position and salary.

My coworkes feel inclusive and that are always open to learn and teach and help each other in a way that we deliver the best work possible.
