Subway – subway rewards are the WORST I have ever seen. Customer Service admits they have had a problem with rewards. Yet they refuse to give credit based on purchases. Additionally in-store purchases are not posted to rewards. Having lived on subs for last one year, daily purchase, this is unacceptable.
