doing my job as accurate and i can interacting with a couple of good friends i don't get to see if i was not at work . getting a pay check

communication, nothing is transparent everything is a secret in our department. no compensation or recognition to their employees. This department needs to be seriously re-evaluated and make serious changes with management.
