Great benefits and understanding of others, to a point. I'm proud to be working at UT Health, but to be hones, pay is not good.

We are all here to help others

O que você mais gosta nos lideres?

Shows respect to employees in front of others

Interacting with different kinds of people every day in many walks of life.

We all work together very well and genuinely like helping out each other when one needs help or assistance with any thing.

I feel undervalued because of what I am paid for having a bachelor's degree. I'm sorry but 2% pay increase does not cover cost of living increase and is not an incentive to stay at UT Health.
