Unlimited PTO has been a great benefit in terms of providing more flexibility in PTO planning. Also, summer Friday afternoons off this year have been great!

We maintain a high sense of urgency but do it in an informal way and still have fun. I also feel that people genuinely care for each other here.

I have really appreciated the regular company meetings throughout COVID - it has helped a lot in keeping everyone up to date with what's go on while they are remote during a difficult time.

I love the fact that we can have candid conversations but still get along great even though we don't always agree. I also appreciate the fact that I consider every one of my co-workers to be an expert and a professional. I look forward to coming to the office each day.
