Great company, poor communication across departments with key personnel, and those who care won't let things fail because they want the company to be successful. This is causing those to be ran down and they will eventually leave the company.

We are like a dysfunctional family. We all have our issues and we get after each other but we take care of each other as well.

Documented process and procedures, accountability, communication between departments. Need a monthly sync for key personnel in each department to attend and VP's provide their current status and priorities.
