Has it's good days and bad days, and I feel they need to do more to keep valuable employees. Great we have Flex4 & lunches & they are starting to put on some work provided social events, but there is still a lot more can be done especially around supporting work related mental health issues

I enjoy working for the company for the most part, but there still needs to be a lot more work with communication, this is it's biggest downfall

My actual team communicate very well with each other and we all get along very well with each other

We are starting to be more social as a company whole again which I think will be good for employee morale

Communication between team members is great and we are all very respective supportive of each other and we can have a joke and have fun in the team

I love working with both my teams, we all get along extremely well, can have a good laugh and support and care about each other both personally & professionally
