Simpro has had its ups and downs, but I have had more opportunities with Simpro than I expected and feel my career has grown significantly because of this experience.

Collaborating with my coworkers, I just love talking with them and working on projects with them.

For the most part, everyone takes ownership of their role and is always willing to step in and help.

We really do care about one another, even in a global setting. I feel well supported as a working parent and my work/life balance is valued.

I like how I don't feel siloed in my team. I interact with other teams and we enjoy getting together outside of working hours. I think this makes us better as a team

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was hired at a time when salaries were lower and I wasn't hired at a people manager range. That said, my role evolved into a people manager and my compensation wasn't adjusted accordingly. It is disheartening to see new employees hired at significantly higher compensation.
