I've been with the company for 1.5 years and can say that I've been happy this whole period even when going through an extremely tough learning process in the onboarding. The company is growing and doing great things which I'm very proud to be a part of.

supportive, and a manager who truly cares for his team

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My manager truly cares about his team as do the Team Leaders.

What makes you most happy at work?

Making my clients happy is my main objective and is what makes the role enjoyable

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better remuneration or at least some other incentive would be good for all the hard work put in.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Great team of both amazing people, and extremely talented ones at that. Such a great team to be part of!!

Such a forward thinking company with so many great ideas going on right now which is brings a great positive vibe

What makes you most happy at work?

Doing a successful implementation. Seeing a happy customer and knowing that I've done as best as I can to make their life easier using our software

What did you like most about the interview process?

There was no pretentious feeling, and I had a feeling straight away that the job and company was right for me, so this in itself made the interview somewhat enjoyable.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The main thing is the support everyone gives each other. The support along with the respect and willingness to share knowledge is among one of the many things I love about our team - The IC team rock!

What makes you most happy at work?

Knowing that I'm helping my customer benefit from our software via my training sessions. I'm happy at work because I've finally found a company and role that I'm happy in which I've not felt in many, many years

What do you like best about the leadership team?

One of the many things I love about working at simPRO is the visibility that our Execs and managers provide us with. They're always keeping us updated and giving us a little taste of what else is in the pipeline.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The company has a great culture and some brilliant values which aren't just words that are thrown around, but in fact very much implemented. Some recent benefits such as the 4-day working week and parental leave prove that they want to look after their staff

What are some of the best things about your team?

Easy answer - the supportive nature of everyone! Our team has such a huge and varying array of knowledge and everyone is more than willing to share this between the team. On top of this, the team get on very well, especially given that we predominantly work remotely

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The team leads are such a great group and extremely supportive. One they do their best to look after their team both from an internal perspective and if there are any client related issues. It's never an issue to reach out and ask a question or ask for help. Professional yet down to earth
