Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I have worked for the for 2.5 years and the company use to care about employees, but they dont anymore since january 2023 and they dont care about our work life balance, or making sure we are compensated correctly.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They seem to have a new vision for the company

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

the culture team works hard to put on fun events for the in office staff

What are some of the best things about your team?

my team is pretty great we all work together and are ready to help each other.

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to help our customers navigate the software and knowing I am making a difference in their day.

helping a customer figure out how to setup their company so they can be successful in their own company

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They take the time to communicate the goals expected, and things coming so we all know what is going in on in the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

other teams are making 20k more than my team and it feels insulting considering my team comes behind them and cleans up their mistakes.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They are always ready to help out, and I know I can go to anyone on my team to get support. We really own our stuff in support.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I think the people, you can go to anyone in the company and start a conversation and have a great conversation, either about personal topics or a work topic.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel underpaid for the amount of knowledge I am expected to learn and keep up to date on, especially since support is now trying to keep support agents in support instead of moving to other areas in the company that were little carrots that were dangled in front of us.
