other teams are making 20k more than my team and it feels insulting considering my team comes behind them and cleans up their mistakes.
They are always ready to help out, and I know I can go to anyone on my team to get support. We really own our stuff in support.
I think the people, you can go to anyone in the company and start a conversation and have a great conversation, either about personal topics or a work topic.
I feel underpaid for the amount of knowledge I am expected to learn and keep up to date on, especially since support is now trying to keep support agents in support instead of moving to other areas in the company that were little carrots that were dangled in front of us.
