I feel that Adelphoi truly cares about me as an employee. Flexibility has been afforded to me, and it is incredible to have that in a job.

I do not use the health benefits; however, i am paid out $75 per pay for not using , this is a great benefit. Also First Stop Health can be a lifesaver if used appropriately.

Adelphoi offers a supportive, team-driven environment that embodies the spirit of holistic care for both clients and staff. The organization truly cares about its employees and does a great job of inspiring those individuals to bring their best each and every day.

Working at Adelphoi has been a positive experience. I was able to obtain a master's degree using the President's Fund. Something that I wouldn't have been able to do otherwise.

I am committed to the company's mission and to what my individual role does to advance it. I'm not sure though that my position is valued within the larger organization, and there is nonclear trajectory for advancement in my position. I wish there was more time for positive feedback.
