My experience and skills are underutilized and not utilized in a job where they are not all required. There is no room for advancement and/or lateral positons.

Что можно улучшить в культуре компании?

Scale back job responsibilities to what is manageable and not ideal/unrealistic, what looks easy on paper is not always easy in implementaiton in the real word, better communication and not using soley email (one email is normally all sent and expected to be an expert after one email).
