
As a company that we promote bettering of people. I think some units/departments do better than others with this.
I like that we get bonuses and raises. I think that they try to keep pay competitive if they can.
I feel like I am not paid based on what I bring to the table. Pay rates are more based on position than individual skill sets and work ethic.
The fact that I am helping the kids. The staff in my unit are pretty great but the kids are what brings me back. Just knowing that they count on me when they haven't had that in the past is rewarding. Seeing the changes in them is amazing.
