
The leadership team in my unit is very open and easy to talk to. We work together as a team and help each other out whenever possible.
Upper management in the company does not appear to be doing anything rewarding to keep the employees who have been working here for years. Employees give into to constant demand, new clients while being short staffed, without any rewards or extra incentives.
In my unit, the best thing about my team is how well we work together and care about each other's personal and work life. We have all been working at the unit for years and developed a bond. I know I can rely on any one of them if I have a problem.
Do not get paid enough for all that is expected while being short staffed and still having to take on new clients. A higher rate of pay. The quality of food served from the cafeteria has drastically decreased. It is the same food constantly. Cereal and a cereal bar should not be served everyday.
