How everybody is so welcoming and friendly. When there is a new face, someone always stops and says hi.

Being with my coworkers and knowing that we all have each other's backs at the end of the day. Helping people with their computers and helping them understand the solution is a big part of why I do what I do.

The compensation is a hard topic for most, but in the field I'm in, we had to go to school for the job I have now. To see that Sheetz or Walmart employees in high school are making about as much as I do now with a degree, is not only discouraging but disappointing as well.

I enjoy that I am seen as an individual with individual talents and thoughts. Everyone is included in this office as a team and that's something that is very important to me. Being seen as a person and not a number makes me enjoy my job so much more. We also enjoy each other's company as well!

I love that we are all able to get along and have a good laugh when the morning has been busy. If someone is struggling with someone. several team members will step up and offer their assistance if needed. We all mesh really well together and I look forward to my job every day because of this.
