We all care about one another. We understand what each other are going through, and we work together to solve issues. The environment is respectful, but constructive.

We work together towards a common goal, which always comes down to doing our best to provide the best opportunities for the youth and families in our care.

When I am able to get my work completed with having minimal distractions. Also, by having daily interactions with the youth in my care, and being able to play basketball with them.

Each part of the package is valuable. Life insurance and retirement options are great. We don't pay for our dental and eye insurance. And our health insurance is not that expensive compared to others I know outside of Adelphoi.

Adelphoi offers a supportive, team-driven environment that embodies the spirit of holistic care for both clients and staff. The organization truly cares about its employees and does a great job of inspiring those individuals to bring their best each and every day.

Working at Adelphoi has been a positive experience. I was able to obtain a master's degree using the President's Fund. Something that I wouldn't have been able to do otherwise.

I am committed to the company's mission and to what my individual role does to advance it. I'm not sure though that my position is valued within the larger organization, and there is nonclear trajectory for advancement in my position. I wish there was more time for positive feedback.
