I do feel like the company does want to do things right and safe regarding the clients. We might not be perfect or completely organized, but I do believe everyone wants to do the right thing
Based on circumstances that are allegedly out of our controller, alot of the houses end up getting clients that are more street oriented and aggressive. These are clients that probably better served at more stringent facilities and not group homes. These clients greatly effect the experience
I think we should be compensated based on the volatile and unpredictable nature of the job. We are dealing with clients that can get aggressive and dangerous at any moment and in most instances, it is just you and one other staff on hand. Also, it would help with retention
