We all understand that we are all human beings. I feel like I am allowed to be my true self around my coworkers. We all get along and work extremely well together.

Not that I feel undervalued, but I would enjoy higher pay to feel fully compensated for the duties that I perform in the workplace. I always strive to do more and to become better. My salary is below average for my title though.
