Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I love my team and my job. But there are outdated internal processes that slow us down and keep us from being competitive. Our website is 10 years outdated, consistent problems with accounting so invoices not paid or incorrect, Product Development, Web Team and IT don't seem to be customer focused
