I've been here over a decade and sure, there have been challenges within a cyclical business, but my experience with each different manager has always been collaborative and rewarding

There have been few rough spots such as direct manager turnover, however, all direct managers have been some of the best to work for throughout my working career.

The management philosophy is positive and supportive allowing contributors to fulfill their focus without being micromanaged

The PTO is very favorable, earning 1 day per pay period is achieved in just a few years.

The dedication and commitment to continuously plow through uncommon challenges since COVID strikes me as remarkable. All while keeping positive.

Management is supportive and we are treated as adults wherever we are within tenure. Leaderships style is to motivate in a positive and rewarding manner vs. intimidation and fear.
