What are some of the best things about your team?
We communicate well and do our best to accommodate each others needs for PTO.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Engaged in our team to make sure we have what we need to perform our tasks.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's fair but the PTO handling could have been better. I work a on very small team and it's difficult to get the PTO I have built up taken. I will not be below the target at the end of 2021 and therefore will not be accruing PTO. Kind of a bummer knowing others will be.
