Overall this has been a great place to work. Over the years we have had our ups and downs. We are in a growth period now. I hope this continues for many years. There have been some issue with management, but these are better now.

They need to be more open to hybrid work schedules to be competative at hiring. Also thye need to focus on getting a product done before trying to start new projects.
