Great overall experience. Just feel that the company could improve on how they compensate high performing employees in order to retain them.
Anritsu has been a wonderful company to work for. They just need to find ways to better compensate those who go over and above.
Team atmosphere and generally great people
Working together with colleagues to accomplish goals and resolve issues.
Contributing each day and helping to solve problems that arise.
I enjoy the people and interacting with many areas of the company.
We enjoy a "work family" atmosphere where everyone truly cares about one another.
Everyone works well together and in general we are able to openly communicate with one another.
Everyone works well together and are always willing to step in and help as needed. A true family environment.
I enjoy the people that I work with. For the most part everyone is motivated and works hard toward the success of the company.
New (returned) leadership is turning things back around after several years of misdirected changes. The returned president is direct, personable and provides good leadership/direction for the division.
Everyone works well together and enjoys each other's company throughout the work days/weeks. There is a good sense of teamwork in the company for the most part.
More effort should be given toward rewarding/attempting to retain key contributors. Regardless of value to the company small/standard (around 3%) increases are given vs. compensation be given truly based on performance/value to the company.
Recognition is not given, financially or otherwise, to those who have stuck out the "bad years" and kept things moving. In contrast, those who left the company and then returned had nice "paid vacations" and then jumped back on the ship (likely with a nice come back bonus).
Increases are not really based on performance or value to the company. It is a general distribution of a budgeted % amount. Key contributors should be rewarded with bonus plans, or phantom stock. Long term employees should not have to leave to achieve more than a set % yearly increase
