because of the dept im in. Need more then a 10 cent raise

its not fair that people with Tesla's get free energy for fuel while everyone else pays for gas. Make those employee's pay a fee

Only thing positive about this company is my co-workers. This company doesn't really care about its employees. Unless you make lots of money for them :) Treat your employees fairly and I'm sure you will see an improvement in all areas.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued especially on the qtrly bonuses. I may not be an engineer or anyone important but its not fair how this company hands out bonuses. We all contribute in different ways in making this company run. Why should this be split based on your salary? Rich get richer but u don't care :)

you go above and beyond to get things done, you make major improvements to make your job easier and get things done faster but never get any credit because its our jobs to do so. Most of the time its not what you know its who you know to go up around here. Also make profit sharing equal with everyon
