I have been with Calix for about six months, and so far it has exceeded my expectations. There are certainly challenges and rough days, but overall joining Calix has been the best decision that I have made in a long time.

In the 2.5 years that I have been with Calix I have really enjoyed getting to know members of both my own team and the other teams that work with our group. I have found that everyone works well together and it has been a really great place to work.

The culture is great with people throughout the company willing to share knowledge and offer assistance when needed.

I really appreciate their desire to hear from the employees on ways that we can improve as a company.

We are all a team, and take care of eachother. The management also strongly encourages us to make/keep the culture great.

My team always has my back and if I am in need of assistance they are more than willing to jump in and help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the recognition that nothing is perfect and that we can always work towards improving. The "better, better, never best" motto is more than a slogan.
