be able to bring Calix up to the next level... there're great opps in AI domains (huge demands in data center fiber/optics, it's rapid growth, high demand area...) ... the AI agents are OK for productivity improvements (but nice to have, and it's hard to bring Calix to 2B with 20% annual growth)
