So many things But I don't believe this is confidential, so I'm uncomfortable listing them here
We need better healthcare where we don't have to fight for everything that we need and have constant calls with our healthcare company. That gets really tiring. There should be better leave options available. We should have childcare options for families.
I feel we do not take care of our loyal, long-term employees, and especially our administrative and credentialing team, which is the most important part of our company. We treat our administrators like hourly employees, and with no benefits or perks.
