Up until a year ago I would have said it has been a great experience. Currently I am just numb to the mistreatment and lack of opportunity to make more money.
Co workers are amazing. It's the reason I am still with the company.
Working from home and being able to control my desk the way I want. I love my co workers.
Raises would make me feel better about compensation. Other leading healthcare agency pay way more money as base pay.
So many lay offs. It has made the work environment stressful. Unrealistic expectations. Leadership makes decision based on number before learning that each market is different.
Listen to employees that are the front line of the business. Implement annual raises. Someone who has been with the company 1 year should not be paid the same as an 5 year employee.
The team I work with (excluding management) are awesome. We work together and also enjoy talking with one another. We rely on each other a lot because we can't go to anyone else for assistance or management will get mad at you.
No one has answers to your questions but will give you attitude. Company keeps management despite them not doing anything beneficial for the company. We do not receive raises despite everyone knowing the cost of everything is increasing but our pay. No clients mean no commission = lower pay.
My immediate leadership is lacking in so many areas. They never have clear answers to questions. Drags their feet on unpaid commission (they are willing to make you wait a month). They have lost so many clients but blame employees who do not talk with clients. Raises are non existent.
The best thing about Cross Country is working from home and having great work life balance. Within the last year the culture has took a hit. Grouping departments was a bad idea due to decreased management. Left one group to feel like the company does not care about us as a whole. Not a good feeling.
