
Most of my team present themselves in a kind and positive manner.
Responsibilities continue to grow but compensation does not. The expected workload is comparable to others making far more than I do. There is also very little recognition for the work that is done.
Improvements could be made in employee retention and coaching. There is a lack of interest in employee growth that could be remedied by investing in a more coaching-centered leadership style versus the reactive style that is currently embraced.
