Have a stable management team and not micromanage
It's diverse and flexible for me.
Helping the participants and seeing how grateful they are for my services.
My coworkers always create a lot of tension to the point where multiple coworkers felt stressed and overwhelmed with and quit. That was 3 of them in one month, including manager.
I have to drive a vehicle daily and have had to put in $3000 of my own money for repairs such as windshield, tire, and oil replacement's while I was driving to participants home and no compensation was offered of helped with. I feel as the company should have helped me as that is my job, driving.
