helpful, and fun to work with.
my manager is great. and a few close coworkers help me make it through.
I feel im underpaid and underappreciated by upper management. im doing the hard work to be paid less than 50k a year. its not a livable wage.
transparency. pay gaps. there are tenured recruiters making thousands of dollars a year less than brand new and less experienced recruiters. its not fair and hardworking, super talented recruiters that actually make this company money will leave. you cant retain great employees this way.
pay gaps among recruiters needs to be solved. there is no reason a brand-new recruiter who brings in no money to this company should be paid thousands of dollars more a year than a tenured recruiter who hits and exceeds KPIs. the company is about to lose a lot of great employees if they can fix it.
