I enjoy working here, but I don't see a lot of opportunity for development / growth / progression. I'm happy here for now, but if I was really looking to take a step up in terms of title or change into a new type of role, I don't know that Divergent would be able to offer what I'd be interested in.
People are bought in to the mission and are motivated to contribute.
Accomplishing something - being tasked with something and then seeing it through using my own ability / skills.
The leadership team is clearly excited about the company's mission and are passionate about making the company succeed.
Leadership is very excited about the company's mission and does a good job of showing it. Otherwise, they seem competent/capable!
Basically everyone here seems excited about the company's mission and are motivated to pull their weight and help the company succeed.
Related to previous answer, but people for the most part seem happy to work here and seem invested in what we're doing.
The pay is the best part. The benefits are good, but I think the pay is the best part of the overall compensation package.
Feeling like I accomplish something - I work fairly autonomously, so taking something from start to finish and doing it well is a great feeling.
The pay is very competitive. The other benefits are good (decent health insurance, equity, etc.) but the pay was the best part of the employment offer.
Overall, people seem happy to be here. I think the average person at Divergent is pretty invested in what the company is doing and wants the company to succeed.
