The Divergent Adaptive Production System (DAPS) is a complete software hardware solution designed to replace traditional vehicle manufacturing. To make the complex simple, it is a complete modular digital factory for complex structures. The team is incredibly talented and cross-functional. Everyone works together well and genuinely likes each other. I've been here a while, and I have seen almost zero complaining about work. Turnover is very low.

I love working in my particular field, but what makes me even happier is working with bright people outside of my field and learning from them. I get to do that a lot at Divergent. There are many bright people here. I'm growing tremendously.
