
I enjoy collaborating with my team members and being able to receive and give support/feedback in a constructive and positive environment. Because of this, we are all able to grow our skills.
The ERG groups are a huge part of Drift's culture. I love that the groups are safe spaces for employees to find others with their same interests. I also enjoy the cross-collaboration between groups for events, guest speakers and open forums.
I like that the leadership team at Drift is accessible to employees. We're able to set up recurring meetings with ELT and connect with them both personally and through our work. I've never worked at a company with so much transparency.
