We are a small close knit unit who always have the time to help each other regardless of work constraints and support each other accordingly
I believe once we have managed to migrate onto the Elemica network that we should perhaps be considered for an extra day off to compensate for the extra effort that everyone has put in during this migration period.
Although I have yet to speak to everyone in the leadership team, they are always willing to lend a hand if I need one and always seem to want to know more about the person rather than just the employee - a nice touch.
