Having transitioned across teams within the company I have managed to translate what I learned into my new role and try to make it easier for others to understand. There is a clear path for progression and looking forward to what the future has to hold.

With any acquisition, you always fear for your job role being made redundant. However, Elemica were quick to allay those fears and challenge me. They have since rewarded me for the hard work and I look forward to growing with the company over the next few years

We all seem to have similar interests and a desire to help each other achieving our goals.

My team is small, but we take the time to get to know each other and it makes it easier when working collaboratively

Everyone is interested in you as not just a employee but a person and is reflected in the family culture that Elemica instil

The leadership team are always willing to make time to speak to you despite the business now being located in many sites across the world

We are a small close knit unit who always have the time to help each other regardless of work constraints and support each other accordingly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe once we have managed to migrate onto the Elemica network that we should perhaps be considered for an extra day off to compensate for the extra effort that everyone has put in during this migration period.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Although I have yet to speak to everyone in the leadership team, they are always willing to lend a hand if I need one and always seem to want to know more about the person rather than just the employee - a nice touch.
