I've been at Elemica for 8 years and have no motion or discussion of role. In short, I feel under-utilized (and under-compensated).

Points addressed in conversations sometimes go unaddressed after the conversation. Also, simply put, others employment opportunities are paid more and/or have more PTO and other benefits.
