I love enshored and they should keep this good environment and good leadership and much better if they increase our salary too.
Open communication and best team for me
Open communication, trust, integrity and many more
They listen to the feedback of their subordinates
Very professional and our department is not toxic
WFH perks and have competitive salary or benefits
Teamwork, open communication and we really help each other
We have an open communication.
When the pay day comes
We treat each other as family. We have open communication.
i love my work and i am still learning a lot
Very employee-centric and they are also helping us improve our skills and knowledge
The most positive is our manager and our leaders they care about us
Caring about their employees, making sure that they will have a healthy career growth
Having work makes me happy because i have bills to pay. I think that's enough.
My team always seek for new knowledge and if we have a problem we always talk about it.
Enshored is employee centric though they need to improve their salary package. Leaders are good and they listen to complaints
In our department, the positive thing is we are open to each other and we talk with our problems right away.
The salary package should be increased. It's because of the good management and good environment that's why I stay in this company
No WFH. They should give wfh just like the other big BPO companies or if they don't want to, they should give transpo allowance.
When it compared to other company our compensation here is just enough to suffice our daily needs. But cannot help us achieve other financial goals
Our managers and supervisors are the best but the decision of the upper management regarding the return to work onsite might affect our decision to stay in this company.
They are doing their best for us not to resign but I think the upper management like the directors don't want to listen to the voice of their employees.
The annual increase is unconfirmed, they don't listen to their employees who wants at least 1 or 2 wfh per week that's why the attrition rate is now higher.
They should have competitive salary or benefits especially the wfh perks. There are lots of known companies that offer their employees WFH set up as long as they deliver the quality work.
It's not enough because some company offers a lot of benefits. For example, some are fully wfh setup. Wfh allowance ranges 6-12k and many more. Some company also provide transpo allowance ranging 2-3k per cut off
